The Zero Percent Investor (ZPI) Funding Method℠ is a 5 step process that gives real estate investors strategy, funding and connections to scale their business. Below is a breakdown of those 5 steps:

1. Discovery
   - In this step we understand the client's goals, see if they're a good fit for our ZPI Funding Method℠ based on business type, personal credit and use of funds. We also define success/objectives, come to an agreement on our process and payment/terms. Usually this is 1 phone call and 1 zoom call.

2. Onboarding
   - In this step, we complete our service agreement and payment together on the zoom call. Afterwards, an onboarding email is sent to the client's email address with steps to complete. Once those steps are complete, our official underwriting begins.

3. Optimization
   - In this step, official underwriting begins and an Optimization Report (OR) is sent to the client's email with instructions on what to do to optimize their personal/business profile to get cleared for funding. We will also take steps to remove any negative remarks, hard inquiries, and make any address/alias corrections on the client's personal /business profile in this step.

4. Funding
   - In this step, the client is cleared for funding once optimization is complete. They have a call with our funding manager to set expectations, answer any questions and coach them on the conversations they may have with our bankers at Chase, BofA, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Truist etc. We will then proceed to fill out the applications on behalf of the client and facilitate any intro's to bankers. Credit cards arrive 7-10 business days after this process is complete.

5. Ongoing Support
   - In this step, the client is complete with funding hops on a post-funding consultation via zoom. On this call, we will ask for a testimonial, feedback and understand where they're at with their goals that were uncovered during the "Discovery" step. From here, a strategy to assist with the achievement of these goals is created and next steps are taken to execute on the strategy.

No revenue businesses can still qualify for funding using high limit business credit cards that are personally guaranteed by a business owner's personal credit.

If accepted into the Zero Percent Investor Funding Method℠, we have 3 guarantees:
1. Balance Transfer Guarantee - get support on balance transferring funds to avoid high interest rates at any time post funding
2. 2nd Round Guarantee - all clients are eligible for a 2nd funding round 5 months after their 1st funding round

3. 90% Cash-Out Guarantee - all clients are eligible to cash out 90% of their funds at any time post funding

Depends on what you mean by great credit; we have worked with clients that have collections/chargeoffs, several late payments and lots of hard inquiries on their profile bringing their score up by 100's of points in a matter of 30 days (see photo).

We then bring them into the funding process so now they can secure business credit.

The only time we've seen this happen is when a client's personal credit/business profile has been optimized and prior to funding/introductions to relationship managers, a significant event occurs with their personal credit (high utilization, collection).

In this case, we will work with the client to reset them back into the funding program.

If for whatever reason there is no funding obtained and it is of no fault of the client and on Zero Percent Investor, the client receives a full refund - no questions asked.
